Hi, I tried downloading the VP pack last night (I purchased a personal license). It starts the download, but the file size is 0KB. I've tried it on multiple web browsers and computers. The same thing happens for the free versions as well. Any idea whats going on?

I just downloaded the FLV/H.264 Video player 1. When i tried to open the videoplayer.html nothing comes up. then i tried to insert the videoplayer.swf toi my site, its empty also.

The downloads are really finicky. I had to start the download about 10 times before it fully downloaded. For some reason they prematurely stop downloading before the file is finished so the zip file ends up getting corrupted.

So just try to download it over and over until it works

It was an issue due to the hosting change but I solved it. I tested the download on IE8, Chrome and Firefox and working well. Maybe you guys still having trouble because of the cache? What browser are you using?
